We specialise in the production of cartridges with IML decoration. At our sites in Turkey and Slovenia, we produce the classic 280ml, 310ml and 500ml silicone, adhesive and sealant cartridges along with pistons and nozzles.

Foundation

Everything started very modestly at IZ Cartridge Solutions too: Our production company started its activities in 1987 with the printing of medical plastic packaging. This was followed in 1992 by the printing of cartridges, whereby the potential in cartridge production was quickly recognised and we switched to the additional production of cartridges the following year.

A success story: from the first mould to now 3 production plants

We invested in our first cartridge mould in 1993 and since then have made major investments almost every year in several injection moulding machines, production tools, decoration technology and now IML robots.

In order to achieve our strategic goal of conquering the European market as quickly as possible, we have expanded our capacities to 3 plants with a production area of approx. 10,000 m2 .

IZ Cartridge Solutions manufactures several million cartridges with high-performance injection moulding machines, offset and digital printing machines, IML robots, its own pre-press department and a toolmaking department (maintenance) and is one of the most important suppliers in the field of product packaging for globally renowned customers/fillers of silicones, acrylics, greases, adhesives and sealants.
